The vitamins and minerals chosen for our Multi V+ formula are catered to today's busy lifestyles. These are the nutrients commonly depleted from chronic stress and are vital for our wellbeing. There is also an emphasis on strengthening immune health, with additions such as zinc and vitamin E. Active forms of B6 and B3 are chosen for increased bioavialability and efficacy. 

Magnesium is a vital alkaline earth metal that is used in over 300 of our cellular processes. It is well implicated in our cardiovascular, metabolic, and mental health.  Magnesium comes in many forms and Multi V+ uses the magnesium bisglycinate form, which is a chelated form with two glycine amino acids. Magnesium bisglycinate typically has better absorption than other forms of magnesium and is gentler on the digestive tract.

Adults (19 years and older): Take 2 Capsules one time per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient. This can be alleviated by taking the supplement with food, or to take 1 capsule 3 times a day instead.
