The liver is known to be mainly responsible for detoxifying our system. However, the liver also has a many other roles in the body, such as glycogen storage, bile and fat processes, synthesizing immune proteins, as well as regulating incoming nutrients from our digestive tract.

Milk thistle is a herb traditionally used as a liver protectant. N-acetyl cystine (NAC) has been found to support glutathione production from our liver. Glutahione is a powerful antioxidant that is required in many processes of our bodies. Dandelion root is known to support the kidney with excretion and also promote bile production from the liver. This helps with absorption of essential fat-soluble vitamins. Liver Effects comes with pyridoxal 5' phosphate, a highly bioactive and absorbable form of B6 that is required by the liver for its healthy function. 

Medicinal Ingredients 

Each capsule contains:

N-Acetyl-L-cysteine                                                                        200 mg

Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxal 5’-phophate)                                                20 mg

Milk thistle (Silybum marianum – seed) (Silymarin 80%)              120 mg

Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale – root) (QCE: 500 mg, 4:1)       125 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: Hypromellose, Microcrystalline cellulose, Magnesium stearate 

Adults: Take 1 capsule three times per day. Take with meals. 

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have liver or gall bladder diseases, and/or kidney stones.

Do not use this product if you are taking antibiotics or nitroglycerin.
